How much money will I make? Is it really worth the bother?

Malyshka Properties is a service that wants to make you as much money as possible. For this reason we source property development opportunities that will yield more than than 20% and show a net result that is more than 50% ROI.  So if Jenny had $100,000 to invest at the end of the project after all costs have been covered Jenny will receive $150,000 clear. Compared to other investment returns this is pretty good.

And yes – it’s worth the bother because you won’t be doing a thing – we’ll look after everything:)

How long does it take? Shouldn’t I just be safe and keep it in the bank?

This depends on the type of project. However, Malyshka specialises in small residential property development and the normal time frame here varies from 9 to 18 months. No bank can make you that sort of money in such a short period of time.

What are the risks?

All forms of investing carry an element of risk. It’s why only the brave make money. Residential property development slightly increases the element of risk because it contains many variables  – things can get tricky.

When it comes to property development, you must know what you are doing…or simply don’t do it.

With that top of mind, Malyshka is proud to advise our near 0% risk track record. Our fee structure ensures the incentive to carry out a rigorous assessment of the risks before we commence any project. Grant Muddle, our Managing Director, holds a Bachelor of Accounting as well as other high-level business qualifications. More importantly, he’s a keen investor himself. For his own personal investments, he has devised a near 0% risk financial analysis tool and uses it also for Malyshka clients. If the numbers don’t add up, or if we think there’s any risk involved at all, we won’t touch it.

 How much do I need to get started?

You don’t need to be Donald Trump. Most investors think that property development is reserved for the super rich. Well, think again because Malyshka Properties have adopted strategies that would suit the average investor with as little as $80 000 in equity in your own home based on financing your purchase at 80%. If you use lenders mortgage insurance your equity input could be even lower!!
